These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Convertide, a service provided by Softotic. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
The service
Convertide helps businesses handle social-media conversations, answer from approved business knowledge, qualify leads, and route suitable customers toward configured actions. Features may change as we improve the service. We may set technical and usage limits needed to operate it safely.
Connected platforms
You may connect Instagram and other supported services through their authorized connection flows. You must have the rights and permissions required to connect each account. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of business knowledge, conversation content, links, and other material you provide. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content, automation settings, and customer instructions.
AI-generated output
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Convertide uses approved knowledge and application guardrails, but you remain responsible for reviewing the service configuration and deciding when automated replies are appropriate. Do not rely on the service for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not use Convertide to violate law or platform rules, deceive or impersonate others, send unlawful spam, discriminate, harass, exploit minors, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass limits, probe security without authorization, or process information you do not have the right to use.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, conversation allowances, and applicable fees are shown when you order or subscribe. Long conversations may use additional automation credits as described with the plan. Any renewal, cancellation, tax, refund, or payment terms presented during checkout form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
Convertide and its software, design, documentation, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized subscription. They do not transfer ownership of the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to nonpayment, or address a material breach. After termination, access ends and we may delete account data according to our retention practices and legal obligations.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular sales result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Convertide nor its suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Convertide from third-party claims arising from your content, connected accounts, automation instructions, unlawful use, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction there will have exclusive authority over disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
